ETHAN HODGSON
A true-blue Aussie with a passion for cars, cooking, and a habit of shenanigans. Quietly confident, skilled in his craft, and always ready to pass on what he knows.
An Englishman driven by a passion for the outdoors, wild cuisine, foraging, and fishing. A natural storyteller with a good joke always ready, he thrives on creating something out of nothing.
Every ingredient has a story.
